I recently stayed at The residence intercontinental Abu Dhabi and I must say, the service provided by the employees truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth from Mica at the front desk and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests I had, and their genuine friendliness made me feel valued as a guest. I want to extend my gratitude to the entire team especially Mica for her exceptional service. I highly recommend The Residence intercontinental hotel Abu Dhabi to anyone looking for a memorable and pleasant hotel experience.

I took one bedroom, the room size is very big, the hotel is very new, with two toilets, the room is very clean and tidy, very luxurious place to stay in.
There is no noise from all services or from nearer apartments because of the great insulation, and also number of apartments per level is very less, which really gives another level for privacy.
High end built in kitchen appliances with electrical hot plate, oven, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, expresso machine, washing/ drayer machine, and full set for dishes, forks, pots, mugs, spoons, letraly everything your family needs, and you can easily invite guests to the apartment with no need to bring any kitchen appliances along with you.

Two TVs provided in the room.
The service is amazing, I would like to thank both Mica and Melanie for the great assistance, even they have arranged a cake for my wife birthday as a surprise which meant alot to her.

Thanks for the great hospitality and the fantastic place, looks there are amazing efforts been taken care off in managing the hotel and every small detail

Fantastic
Super friendly staff throughout
Concierge Zaman Anas and others all amazing,the
reception ladies Fayrooz and Melanie and Mica are extremely helpful and attentive, they can teach many hotel staff valuable lessons in positive guest experiences. The place has a serene atmosphere and very good for families who prefer a private setting. Even housekeeping was on point. The pool team always welcoming and vigilant . All in all a great stay .
