    First time at this hotel and overall it was a pleasant experience. Overall the Hotel was good, bed was nice and comfy and the rooms very clean. Breakfast had a wide choice on some nice on site places to eat and drink. The staff were very helpful and polite.

    I travelled on business so the location was ideal for me but if you want access to the beach it’s probably not the best location. Overall a reasonably priced and good hotel

    Our stay was unfortunately marred by a disappointing encounter with the security guard upon arrival. Despite ample parking available, the guard insisted we park outside with a noticeably hostile attitude. This unnecessary confrontation left a negative first impression. However, beyond this incident, the hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained. The room was clean, and the staff at the front desk were courteous during check-in. The amenities provided were satisfactory, and the location was convenient for our needs. Despite the initial setback with the security guard, I appreciated the efforts of the other hotel staff to ensure a pleasant stay. I hope the management addresses the behavior of the security personnel to prevent such incidents in the future, as it detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience.
    I would like to bring to your attention that the carpet in the hallways emits an unpleasant odor. It would greatly enhance the overall experience for guests if the carpets were professionally cleaned or deodorized more regularly. This small improvement would contribute significantly to maintaining a fresh and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. Thank you for considering this suggestion to ensure a more enjoyable stay for all your guests.

    Very bad experience. I was very disappointed with how they handled an issue with my booking. My reservation clearly included breakfast, but upon arrival, I was informed that it was not reflected in their system. I spent a considerable amount of time trying to clarify that this was not my mistake, as my booking confirmation clearly showed breakfast was included. Unfortunately, the staff initially insisted that I was not entitled to breakfast. It was only after a full day of back-and-forth that they finally admitted it was a system issue on their end. While I appreciate that they eventually acknowledged the error, the whole experience left a sour taste. I expect better communication and service, especially when the error is on the hotel’s side. Unfortunately, this experience overshadowed my stay, and I’m not sure I would return or recommend this hotel based on how this situation was handled.

    Quick check in, nice girls at the front desk, made my check out late. Thank you for this.
    Breakfast is good, service is polite and attentive.
    The room itself is a bit tired but still very clean, good linens.
    I am satisfied with my stay in this hotel!

    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The housekeeping was great. The breakfast in the cafe was amazing. The entire staff always ensured I had everything I wanted and needed. Grace and Binah always had my latte and omelette order ready and they were very very nice
    And graceful!
