Room has greatly improved post pandemic era.
I would like to compliment the life guard on duty. They were very attentive and doing their job pretty well. Their dedication is remarkable.
Just for improvement, waiting time for the parking must be lessened and the checking in time as well.
Improved system must be enhanced still.
I have to add, towels were not always available in the swimming pool area.

During our recent stay, we experienced a blend of positive aspects that made our visit enjoyable and comfortable.

The Very Good:

Helpful and Friendly Staff: The manager and staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, making our stay more enjoyable. The upgrade we received was much appreciated.
Appealing Entrance: The entrance and front of the hotel are quite attractive, setting a positive tone upon arrival.
Delightful Breakfasts: Breakfasts were very good, served in pleasant surroundings that added to the overall dining experience.
Excellent Renovated Rooms: The newly renovated rooms were top-notch, providing a comfortable and stylish environment.
Outstanding Gym: The gym facilities were excellent, arguably the best we have seen in a long time.
Great Club Lounge Staff: The staff in the club lounge were attentive and provided excellent service.
In summary, our stay was enjoyable, with many highlights including the superb staff, great facilities, and comfortable rooms. This hotel offers a wonderful experience and we look forward to visiting again.

My husband and I had a perfect stay at this resort. The rooms were cozy and provided a very comfortable atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond by offering us upgrades and all the benefits. The late checkout option was extremely appreciated since we had a late flight.

The breakfast was nice, although it would have been even better with some salmon. The swimming area on the beach is a bit small, but it was sufficient to swim comfortably. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Well lets start with the pros, locations especially the beach very nice and clean. Breakfast ( the international one) was very nice. Now the cons, room floor was dirty, when I spilled some water and wiped it the tissue was DARK from the dirt. tissue box was empty. Swimming pool is very small that we were surprised compared to other hotels. overall good experience but I don’t think I will come back for anything but the breakfast buffet.

We went for a day pass there, it cost us 100AED and it is redeemable on F&B including pool and beach access, Amazing deal ! The food is nice and not expensive so the 100aed that you will redeem is enough , we liked the vibes there the service and everything.. they have a bar inside the pool which makes it easy to grab a drink while you’re enjoying the pool. The changing rooms are clean and includes showers, lockers and toilets.
I highly recommend the day pass. Worth it
