    What to say I am a poor guy who just owning second hand car and who can’t do anything further against this management.

    Unfortunately I believed, they have valet parking and I gave my car – when I came back I found the guys who pretended like valet, used my car like taxi to do all the valet service for other cars

    So painful , he used my card like AC room and smoked inside my car which was very smelly , he stole all my AED 01 dirham coins which I kept it in my car,

    When I called hotel manger he said nothing to do with them

    Guest what , i got only fine from traffic officer because we argued in wrong place

    Rooms are fine, Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, everything was great, except for the toilet smell (turn on the fan and you’re good) and the banging noise from the nightclubs, otherwise all great and the staff did their best

    Don’t settle for this hotel just because it’s cheap.

    It was the worst experience ever, and I felt degraded. The receptionist had a bad attitude, wasted my time, and even smoked outside. After making payment, I decided to return because it was taking too long to address my inquiries. After 2 hours, they were not accommodating at all. At least have a conversation with me. I felt disrespected and chose not to stay.

    This hotel ranks among the worst I’ve encountered, largely due to the abysmal service from Ms. Ann at reception. Her disregard for guest inquiries and eagerness to collect full payment upfront, coupled with a reluctance to assist guests, is astounding. I recently booked a room for a guest, specifically requesting twin beds. When I called to confirm, I was told they couldn’t guarantee it, stating they’d address it upon arrival if possible. Save yourself the trouble and avoid booking at this establishment altogether.

    Bad toilets, didn’t have a good treat when I visited. But I know all the staff are not same. Maybe I got into the hands of a worker in the bad mood that day.
    They should renovate the toilets bc it shows signs of dilapidation
