    Absolutely outstanding service from Abby and Pewee! They went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was perfect. Abby’s warm demeanor and Pewee’s attention to detail made us feel truly valued. Their exceptional teamwork and genuine hospitality set a new standard for service. Highly recommended!

    Been here twice this last week for lunch and diner. With the lunch you can get a 3-courses mail for a 109aed at discount! Good is amazing and Abby was very kind to us. Also a good view on the fountains!

    Definitely one of the best pastas I’ve had in Dubai. We tried their Ramadan special menu which had mix grill or seafood grill option and we got the one with one with chicken and lamb. Everything we ate was very good but I’m still dreaming about the pasta. The ambiance is 10/10 especially when the weather is nice because outdoor seating with the Dubai fountain & burj view is just spectacular. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will be going back again for sure.

    Carluccio’s is a charming casual Italian spot, perfect for a relaxed meal. The servers are polite and friendly, enhancing the dining experience. However, the timing of the service could be improved, as our mains arrived just as the appetizers were cleared. A brief pause between courses would have been ideal.

    The tomato pesto bread was a highlight—light, crispy, and perfectly seasoned. The arancini was also enjoyable, while the meatballs were just average. The chicken mushroom pasta was tasty and generously portioned. The truffle ravioli stood out, with fresh pasta and a delicious sauce.

    Overall, Carluccio’s is a nice place, particularly suited for a business lunch. The outdoor seating area promises to be lovely in better weather.

    Great location and great food! Stunning fountaion view. Pewee is very patient and attentive. He always changed our plates and checked our opinions all the time.
    Highly recommendthe kids mene, great pasta and dessert!
