The hotel rooms definitely need a refurbishment, compared to the hotel decor . The staff are very friendly and polite. Even though we went all inclusive premium, the menu/food option was very limited and with its own set menus. The most outstanding experience during our stay was the massages. Absolutely amazing and highly recommend them. We ended up having 3 during our 5 day stay. Good size pools and plenty of space and loungers. I would only come back if the rooms are refurbished with new balconies.

Our stay was amazing. Staff are very polite and respectful. Housekeeping, restaurant and bar service great. Especially Restaurant manager Mr. Lu pay attention every morning and approach with a smile
Additional there is one waiter guy, I forgot his name, his service was sincerely, from first day he made our day 😀 keep bringing juice, pay attention deeply.
We are very delightful.

I am a club member since +15years. My family, friends and kids love the place. Great smiling staff, kid-friendly place and a good value for money. I just need to highlight that we are facing issues with swimming pools warm water temperature and some other miscellaneous issues since a while and we hope those be fixed ASAP to continue enjoying the place which we consider a second home :-).

recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was exceptionally welcoming and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were immaculate and well-appointed, providing a perfect blend of luxury and comfort.

A highlight of my stay was dining at the hotel’s restaurant, Selection. The restaurant truly lives up to its name, offering a diverse and exquisite menu. Every dish I tried was superb, with fresh ingredients and impeccable presentation. The ambiance was elegant yet cozy, making it a perfect spot for both a relaxing meal and a special occasion. The service at Selection was outstanding, with attentive and knowledgeable staff who made excellent recommendations.

Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. The combination of top-notch accommodations and the exceptional dining experience at Selection makes it a place I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable stay. I can’t wait to return!”

The beach is a perfect place for families and friends to spend and enjoy their time. I enjoyed my swim, had fun with a warm relax on the sun bed. I will always appreciate Helen for.the good and warm welcoming to us.
