    Since, the first day it was amazing. They had updated my room. I stay there fir 8 days. All was spotlessly clean and well furnished. Staff were amazing a very professional. The gym is quiet and clean pool area was great. Great food. Everything was closed by. The cleaning people were amazing specially Patrick. Thank you Patrick for all the help. I would certainly recommend Royal Rose to my friends.

    Loved the green white and golden interior. The room had all the basic amenities. I was on the 12th floor and the view was just amazing from there. The food options consisted of various middle eastern, western and Asian foods. The bathrooms were really spacious and contained a hot tub and a shower. There’s a pool on the roof of the hotel. Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve been to.

    Really a very good hotel for everyone as it has many advantages because it is located city center so you easy access to many places such as supermarkets, malls, restaurants etc. As we come to rooms and service they are the best. the rooms are clean and big and the service quick and nice plus the staff is very kind. So I would really recommend you to go there.

    So actually we were very happy as a family in this hotel, very clean, quiet, outstanding service (I thought) and food was good.

    Unfortunately I left an expensive cap in my room (1404) when I left on 29 February.
    We live in Germany.

    So I had to pay €11, which is the equivalent of 43.98 dirhams, to call them to see if they would send my cap back. Because to call the Arab Emirates you have to pay money from Europe.

    I was told to contact the House Keeping Mail address on the phone. I did so and even when I asked, nobody responded.
    Not even that the cap was there.

    So I wasted €11 for nothing and my cap is missing.
    That’s not good service.

    At least a rejection that they couldn’t find our item or something else.
    That’s a cheek and should go to the bottom….

    I am really very disappointed that we have not been helped.

    EDIT:
    After the Review everything went very quickly.

    The staff contacted us by email and told us that they had found the cap.

    I am very happy that we were not disappointed with such a service in the end.

    I actually didn’t take the cap back after all because it was just too complicated to enter Germany. That’s why I ordered a new one.

    Nevertheless, I would like to thank the boss for his cooperation and care.

    I would like to come back to this incredible hotel with great staff in the kitchen, downstairs at the entrance, security and of course all the staff who keep the rooms clean.

    We, as a family of 3, stayed at this hotel for 5 days in February. Very nice hotel, with wonderful decor throughout and fits with the name! Very well maintained. Rooms were very spacious. Quick service by the Housekeeping team. Staff were friendly and helpful. We used the Spa for steam room and relaxation; the whole experience was great and the team were very accommodating. In regards to food at breakfast, quality was good, but the variety was lacking. Masala tea always ran out everyday and took a while to be replaced.
