The hotel is very beautiful and huge. The pools are very large and have a good temperature. From the food to the room to the service everything here is perfect. They offer a large variety of different food in the restaurants inside the hotel and the staff is always extremely friendly and ready to help. Probably my only downside is that there is a lot of wasps and bees near one of the pools which makes it a bit hard to relax in that area if you are scared of them (like me). But hey, you can always just go to one of the other pools or the sea!
There is also a lot of very nice birds so if you sit still on your balcony you will get a lot of very curious and cute visitors!
Sadly I can’t possibly fit all the nice things about this hotel into one single review.
Overall a very, very nice hotel that’s worth the money! An experience on every level and truly the best hotel I’ve ever been to.

We came to eat at the Broadway restaurant at the hotel and it was incredible. Our server was Ocean and we went out of his way to truly make sure we had a great experience. He’s really great and we appreciated his attention. Kalvin was a great server as well! Best service and food was delicious.

Naomi, Rian and Dani-Lee were fantastic. Incredible hospitality and kindness. We chatted extensively and they were a joy to be attended by. Very professional, friendly and accommodating to anything we asked for and things we didn’t even think to ask. An excellent experience.

My son and I stayed last weekend and the service is superb! From Guest Relations (Arjun) to Butler service (Edith), they really go out of their way to make you feel at home and pampered. They have great attention to detail and very thoughtful. Thank you so much for making our weekend getaway super special! 👌
