    I booked this hotel because they have a pool but it was always closed and I didn’t swim or sunbathe my whole vacation, the rooms in the hotel don’t match the photos, they are dirty and have a lot of stains, when I checked in I had to wait 40 minutes to be registered because they couldn’t find my reservation that I made on the website.
    The room also smelled strongly of cigarettes.

    If you are going to Abu Dhabi, I highly recommend choosing another hotel.

    Excellent hotel with in the budget. The room was very spacious and clean. I loved the colour combination that used in the rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful.The location was perfect for easy access to the city centre. I would definitely stay here again

    A nice place to have dinner. Small dinner buffet but clean and quite place. You can have your food peaceful as it is not crowded. Tasty food for fair price. Rinzin is always there to assist you and attentive and helpful

    I am writing to formally complain about the behavior of the duty manager TAYB during my stay at your hotel. My partner and I checked in today, 19th July 2024 with the intention of celebrating my birthday, but unfortunately, we decided to check out after just five hours due to the unacceptable conduct we experienced.

    From the moment we approached the reception about bringing our visitor, the duty manager was rude and unprofessional. When we informed him that we were expecting a visitor to join our birthday celebration, he refused to allow our guest to come up, despite us having made prior arrangements. His tone was condescending and dismissive, making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable and he refused to give us any reason why it is not allowed.

    When we tried to explain our situation, he spoke to us in an unprofessional manner, further escalating the situation. This level of discourtesy and lack of respect is not what we expected from a hotel of your standing. Additionally, he used this words to us (“i’m really happy not to see you again” .. “ it’s not my problem” .. “ I will not give you back anything about refund”) this such behavior from a hotelier staff is really unacceptable.

    As paying guests, we expect a certain level of professionalism and respect from the hotel staff. The behavior of the duty manager not only fell short of these expectations but also ruined what was supposed to be a special occasion. This experience forced us to cut our stay short and seek accommodation elsewhere.

    I kindly request that you address this issue to ensure future guests do not encounter similar treatment. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could consider a refund or compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused.
