    I’ve stayed at this hotel once before but this experience has been horrid. Check in went well and we agreed upon a late check out at 2 PM. Standard for most UAE hotels. Firstly the room quality has degraded and it’s evident that it has not been looked after. Secondly, I was startled awake at 6 AM by two people arguing in the hallway and since the walls are paper thin you can hear everything. Thirdly, I was called at 12:10 by front desk stating that I would need to vacate the room as maintenance is required. Bear in mind, we had agreed upon a late check out of 2 PM. Now the question is why would you put someone in a room that would require maintenance to begin with? Granted they offered to put me in an another room but who in their right mind would pack all of their stuff to go stay in another room for an hour before they were supposed to check out. I expressed my frustrations to the front desk and then I was told that late check out would not be possible since there was a group booking coming in and not required maintenance as previously mentioned. Now why was this not anticipated or communicated beforehand. The man at the front desk was incredibly dismissive and had the audacity to ask for my cooperation as if I am not a paying guest. Extremely unprofessional and borderline incompetent behavior by staff. They need to be retrained on hospitality. Will definitely be avoiding in the future and I would suggest the same for any prospective guests.

    Housekeeping done by Mohamed Yasin is brilliant. Dust free every day is good to my allergy. Really appreciate the good work. Keep it up.

    Also want to add up. Dani is my guy since i stay here for 2 months straight. In room service and breakfast hall. He is always there to make my day awesome with his smile. Happy always. He should get a good recognition with his service.

    I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a retreat that emphasizes the importance of both cleanliness and exemplary service. I will undoubtedly return, looking forward to the comforting familiarity of a place where housekeeping and hospitality merge perfectly to create a delightful experience .And thank so much Mr thanush and khaing for making sure I’m comfortable 👍

    I really appreciate Mr.Saleh and Mrs.Shilpa the receptionist for their great services. However there are many missing services in the hotel.
    There is no luggage services all of it is self service. Also there is no clothes iron in the room, no lockers “ and the hotel is not responsible for any item in your room”.
