I recently stayed at Jannah Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The standout moment was the exceptional room service provided by Cristine. She was prompt, courteous, and ensured the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall service was top-notch. Cristine’s dedication truly enhanced my stay.
Highly recommend Jannah and will definitely return!

I had a wonderful experience. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, making for a very pleasant stay. I would like to specifically commend to ms krichelle for exceptional service. She was incredible helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for the great hospitality and I look forward visiting again.

I had a henna party at Jannah Burj Al Sarab Hotel, and it was a terrible experience. The air conditioning barely worked, and everyone was sweating and complaining. It was really embarrassing. The food was also not great. On top of that, they counted two kids who are 7 years old and charged us for them as adults. I expected much better from this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend having any events here.

Excellent hotel and stay. We spent 3 nights at this hotel, 2 adults and a child, and were warmly welcomed and served by Muneer at Front Desk. The location is downtown, which we always find useful because we are near local shops and restaurants. Highly recommended for a nice casual stay. Central location with easy access to most of Abu Dhabi.
