The hotel is good & they serve good breakfast .
Although the rooms are well equipped & and have well designed washrooms with all basic requirements.
Service is very poor & and requires proper attention to handle the customer requirements as & when it occurs.
Lack of Meet & Greet feels while interacting with their hotel staff.
I have found my room access card inactive & all we went to the reception area from the room since we came directly from the parking area ( after coming from the hectic outside schedule), it was told us that this is normal situation occurs . How Novotel expects that the hotel keys can be suddenly dysfunctional & and their guests should be prepared to coordinate on it that too without justification & in a manner as it should require to do so.
Really disappointed with such an act as the staff shows no courtesy to express any regret on such instances.

Need to improve their customer service to keep their guests happy & to ensure they visit again.

Overall good place & nice location with rooms are spacious & having good bathroom facilities.

I regret this evaluation, but it is an experience that I must convey to you so that you do not have the illusion of perfection in all services.
At first, I do not deny the staff’s welcoming behavior, but in terms of services, I did not see anything that satisfied me.
The simplest example is answering the phone when calling reception. In my experience in this hotel, the reception staff did not answer the phone until after two or three calls.
Even when I requested a toothbrush from reception after struggling to answer the phone, I did not receive it until exactly 4 hours later.

This particular situation is what made me rate the hotel bad!! I stayed in the hotel for three days. Over two days, I asked them to lock the connect door between two rooms, but there was no response to my request. Is it possible for me to wait for reception with a number of calls exceeding 10, over two days, just to close the connecting door?
(I think it took two days to lock the connect door because they made the key, not for them to get it and lock the door directly)

In addition to the very, very slow valet parking service, it took about 30 minutes to get my car, which resulted in me being late for my appointments.
And other other other bad situations in my experience staying at this hotel . I am sorry to say that it is an unrepeatable experience.

I got a good deal and when I saw the name I definitely went for it. But my experience was not good here. To sum it up, have put pictures. Lamps and showers were falling, molds in bathroom ceiling and chipped off furniture making it as health and safety risk! I would recommend Novotel owner to take care of this as this is impacting brand image along with experience!

All the staff members offered their help to the maximum level. Me and my friend had a great time during our stay. We stayed for a night and had unexpected and important things to be done that night so we asked the stuff we met at around the reception area, it wasn’t their job but they go to that level to help us & solved it. Cleaners were helpful too. We were so grateful. And spend the night with an easy heart.

We booked this hotel in the last moment and reception stuff was very welcoming to find us a room in the middle of the night.
Abhishek was helpful as well towards the end of our stay during check out.
Location is good. Breakfasts are great! Rooms are clean. Gym is big and great as well.
Pleasant stay. Recommend for family stay or business.
