My recent stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the place was clean with convenient parking available.

However, there were several issues that affected my overall experience. The breakfast provided was quite basic and did not offer much variety. The room rate seemed high compared to the value received. Additionally, we had to request extra towels daily, which was inconvenient.

I decided to extend my stay at this hotel by a week as I had some unfinished business in the city. To tell the truth, I didn’t regret it one bit! The front desk staff was as amazing as always. The housekeeping staff was prompt, quick and very attentive to small details. A special mention about Ms. Teddy and Ms. Shehani at the front desk and Jain and Vincent in housekeeping. These people are simply awesome. Bravo folks! Keep up the good work.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Premier Inn Abu Dhabi Capital Centre and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who made me feel welcome and at ease. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and comfortable, and my room was spacious and well-appointed.

I was particularly impressed with the hotel’s room service, which was prompt, efficient, and delicious. I would like to give a special shout-out to Luqman, the room service attendant who went above and beyond to ensure that my every need was met. He was always friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in making my stay as enjoyable as possible.

Overall, I had an excellent stay at the Premier Inn Abu Dhabi Capital Centre and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and affordable hotel in Abu Dhabi. The staff is top-notch, the rooms are great, and the location is perfect. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Abu Dhabi.

Our stay at this location is very good. We are treated very well by the staff in housekeeping Nisha, Ibrahim, and other members of the team. They were always friendly and nice to our family, especially my little 3 year old son.

We had to extend our stay for a few more days and the service and prices were very good, especially for families on a budget.

This hotel is central to other places and parks around for the kids. We would recommend them to anyone, especially for the prices as well.

Best hotel EVER!!!!!!!!!! I have been staying here for over a month now and
1. I was amazed at how good cleaning the room service is and everything is always so nice and clean.
2. Reception is always so nice and kind and whatever problem I had, it was solved very fast.
3. Restaurant always has amazing food and very tasty too!
4. Pool is not big but not small, opens 8 AM and closes 8PM. I’m sad that pool isn’t closed more late, swimming without sun above me is so nice but I will only have 2 hrs for that. Lifeguard is amazing!
5. Staff is amazing as always and special thanks to Samuel who helped my mum from a tricky “getting out of parking spot” situation. And also special thanks to Nisha of housekeeping for her kind and hard work for us!! Nisha and Samuel is the best workers I’ve met so far
I really recommend this hotel to everyone and manager was kind too!
