    I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The reception was unpleasant and the staff at the front desk were rude and arrogant. They never apologized even when they were clearly at fault. I even witnessed a staff member shouting at a guest. We requested dishes and they only brought us pots, a pan, and knives – no cutlery or plates. Furthermore, the dishes were very dirty and unusable; we could only use one pot.

    We had reserved a parking spot, but on the last day of our stay, I was asked to park my vehicle in a paid parking lot. We also had a reservation with breakfast included, but it was poor compared to other hotels. The teaspoons were not available and had to be requested each time, as they were brought from inside.

    The bathroom faucet was poorly fixed and wobbled in all directions, and there was no hot water. The little children felt cold while showering. Additionally, the water drainage in the shower was defective; if the water was turned on full, it overflowed.

    Despite all this, I must acknowledge that the restaurant staff were helpful, as was an Egyptian person in the parking lot who explained things clearly and calmed frustrated guests. However, this does not make up for the numerous shortcomings of this establishment. They deserve a 0. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

    My experience at the Ramada Corniche Hotel was a complete disaster. I was assured by the hotel staff that I could have an important Amazon shipment delivered there, only to have it rejected upon arrival by the reception. This caused significant trouble and financial damage. The management is utterly untrustworthy and clearly lacks integrity—blatant liars who can’t keep their word. Avoid this place at all costs; they are unreliable and their customer service is abysmal. Horrible management, and a hotel that can’t be trusted.

    It was great experience. Today morning I did my checkout at 6.00 am but due to Bed weather conditions I extended to continue to stay in Hotel Ramada. When I reached my room 605. I was impressed my room was neetand clean Ms. Lakshmi V did fantastic job. She is very delighted her activities.

    I like the room it was clean and modern the space is enough very comfy bed good for relaxing. We use their common pool too and we enjoy it. The food at the all day dine inn is absolutely good more Filipino and Arabic variety. The staff are friendly with good services and hospitality.

    First of all, our stay was wonderful and we had a greet night in the hotel and everything was just nice and good hospitality. I would like to thank Fatima from the reception for all the help and offers she gave us to make sure we happy. Thank you Fatima and because of you for sure we will come back again
